originally we thaught my daughters jeep needed brakes done, We were quoted $840 dollars, We then find out the calipers and brake lines were defective and covered under warranty. so we asked since the old done, We were quoted $840 dollars, We then find out the calipers and brake lines were defective and covered under warranty. so we asked since the old brake pads will be taken out to replace calipers can they just put new ones in and swap out rotors. they said they would take $100 dollars off original brake job cost of $840. so they are putting old brake pads in new calipers that probably caused the brakes to fail in the first place, This is outrageous greed and terrible customer service and they know we wanted to buy another Wrangler after are other car lease was done. there is no chance of this now. To add insult to injury, now your mechanic breaks off a bolt putting the new parts, you don't stock the bolt and yet we don't have the car for another day. You don't offer a loaner or even offer to drop it off when your done fixing your mistake. Great customer service now your steeling money from us.They order a new bolt but never put it in they test drove it twice, My daughter then drove it to pick up kids she was baby sitting. Someone heard a noise coming from her wheel, a mechanic checked it out they never put the new bolt in or bled the brakes. So not only did they put my child's life in danger there were 3 young children in the vehicle. See video and consider this when going to this dealership More

Wanted to make appointment for diagnostic to check an engine light. Mike Hernandez at the desk, with a customer. I waited. Customer left. No other customers. I asked for an appointment. I said Ok I'll wait. He said, "Here's my card, call me tomorrow to make an appointment." So I stated, I'll wait until you're finished with the customer on the phone. Guy was still rude and said, no don't wait, call me tomorrow. I asked how long will it take, an hour, five hours to finish with the customer so I can get an appointment. Mike tried to send me to a waiting room, he would get me when he's ready that he can make the appointment. I waited right there, he finished with the phone customer in less than 5 minutes. Just rude, rude, rude. Mike Hernandez is not a multitasker, clearly overwhelmed with his role of dealing with paying customers, dismissive of female customers, needs some customer service training. Very disappointed with Caravel. Will not buy my new vehicle there. More
