BYEONG CHEON was the FIRST sales person to respond quickly, professionally and spoke to me like I'm a human being... Giving any/all information I could want and asking key questions to help him give me what I want. The cars I was researching online didn't pan out in person as I hoped because I'm picky and have a sensitive back. Ended up buying a car that wasn't even on my radar when researching, because it was the right fit in MANY ways. Buying a car with all the shortages and whatnot is tough enough as it. My trade in was 14 years old, if there was anyone that could have been 'taken' by a dealer it was me. I had no plan, no bargaining power in terms of trade-in or down payment and yet, I couldn't wait to get home to write this review. Pleased with the car, how I got it and who I got it from.
