Long wait, but good service. Great that they allow booking of appointments online. I also don't get the impression that they are out to rip me off, which of course, is always a plus. :-). Also, their waiting area is immaculately maintained. Recently renovated with clean restroom and pre-COVID, they offered bagels and muffins. I don't think they do that anymore because we're all forced to wear our face diapers, but I don't blame them for compliance because as a business, you'd be deemed selfish if you didn't go along with the pre-communism we're witnessing in this country we used to call free. More

Stephen, was talking to me when I was in for service on a older Subaru, I explained I didn't think I was going to purchase a new one, he called me the next day to let me know they had just what I wanted in s older Subaru, I explained I didn't think I was going to purchase a new one, he called me the next day to let me know they had just what I wanted in stock and to come in and test drive, I did and I am now in my new Subaru.
