Elena contacted me almost immediately to set up appt. I went down and met Sam Moskow in Sales and started my process. I did need another car and had looked over website for inventory. Sam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I ended up test driving a used Suburu Outback and decided to move forward with purchase . It did take most of the afternoon to complete paperwork, but I needed a car and wanted to get it done same day. It is a time consuming process so be prepared to give yourself that time. Be prepared with your insurance company information,know what your budget is as well. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. This dealership is clean and inviting,not intimidating. I learned much from Tom the Finance Manager. More
