Amazement I came to Garavel Subaru after looking at other dealerships because I saw where I would get a good deal for my money not to mention I wouldn’t get a s I came to Garavel Subaru after looking at other dealerships because I saw where I would get a good deal for my money not to mention I wouldn’t get a salesman who only wanted to make the sale but someone who was looking out for my best interest and listened to what I wanted. I did an initial online chat with Elena Aviles and explained that I wanted to do a trade in and made an appt with her. She assigned me to Gary Baumann (my salesman) 3/9/19 who took me out for a test drive with a Subaru Foroster 2019. The car ran so smooth and I fell in love with the car right then and there. We came back to the office and Gary told me about the car and what my options to buy would be. I explained to him I wouldn’t be trading that day and the reason why. We talked about several cars and what I was looking for in a car and after letting him know what was most important he let me know the cars that were available and the different options to get them. We talked about affordability and the price range I wanted to stick with. I came looking for a brand new car but after going over a lot of factors I almost went with a certified preowned car. Gary took his time to explain to me the difference and I ultimately went with brand new. Needless to say I didn’t leave there that day with my car. (Disappointed) I came back a week and a half later and we went over the same options again, I looked at several different cars , new and used and choose the brand new 2019 Subaru Forester. I am so happy with my purchase and even happier that after driving Gary and Jose Marin(finance) crazy changing my mind over and over, I wasn’t pressured into getting something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. We (Jose Marin) and myself settled on one price before finalizing the deal and the day I came to pick up my car found out he got the price even lower. That made me feel even better that I chose the right dealership to purchase my car from and am so very grateful that I was introduced to Gary. He is really sweet and listens attentively to what u want and goes out of his way to get it for u. I really appreciated how he took the time to go over all the features in the car and walked me through them.
