Found My Ideal Vehicle! Was shopping around for a new vehicle, but wasn't having much luck. I left work late one Monday and as I drove by Garavel Subaru, I happened to notice Was shopping around for a new vehicle, but wasn't having much luck. I left work late one Monday and as I drove by Garavel Subaru, I happened to notice a beautiful GMC parked up front. I decided to go have a closer look, with not expectation of speaking with anyone as I thought they were already closed, which they were. As I walked onto the lot saw some heading back toward the office and called to her. She came over right over, introduced herself as Evelyn and asked how may she help me. We talked for a bit, she showed me the vehicle and gave me her card. I couldn't have met a nicer person and was fortunate to have had her as my Sales Rep as I was sold on buying that vehicle after our encounter. This was on a Monday evening and by that Friday I drove off their lot in my new vehicle. Thank you Evelyn Santiago for making the extra to assist me, even though the office was closed and making my experience purchasing a new vehicle a pleasant one. He took the time to see what would work for me and what wouldn’t, and once I had the car he made sure I understood everything about it before I left. I never felt pressured and truly felt that he wanted me to make the best decision that worked for me. I have had many Subaru’s in the family and been to many dealerships and this is certainly the best one. His wonderful dog Lulu made the experience even better, what a treat!
