We able to discuss purchase of a Subaru Outback with the features we wanted without buying the features we did not want. (Essentially all the safety features such as blind spot monitoring, etc., but not extra cost options such as a moonroof). We had done our homework and had narrowed our choices to Subaru and Toyota. We were undecided about the four or six cylinder engine if we bought an Outback. Miles spent time with us and allowed both my wife and me to test drive an Outback with both engines. He then sat down with us to discuss pricing for the features we wanted and eliminating the features we did not want. We had done our homework about what we expected to pay and in the end we believe we got a fair price. There are a lot of features that require explanation and Miles took time with us upon delivery of our car. More
