Dave Novik (sales rep) and he and Teddy Mochlas (sales manager) took great care of me. Dave was really patient and took his time to understand my needs. Teddy did the same and they weren't pushy at all. I was interested in the Subaru Crosstrek and I was really impressed with how well Dave knew all the MANY features of that car and the technology that goes along with it. He also was extremely well-versed in the differences in the trim levels, etc. I feel I got a great car at a great price. I will recommend Garavel to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. And I will eagerly recommend that they reach out directly to Dave Novik. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with! More

He explained well the advantages of certain models for us, which I was then given the opportunity to test drive. Dave patiently answered all our questions. Neither my husband nor I ever felt pressure to make a decision. Dave kept in touch with us while we took some time to think things through, but only to let us know that he was available should we have further questions and/or concerns. Once our decision was made, Dave couldn't have been more helpful taking us through all the steps. The actual purchase went very smoothly, and we enjoyed the added perks of some little gifts. Best is Subaru's $250 donation to charity with each car they sell, and we were given the privilege of selecting the charities. I had at least an hour tutorial before leaving with the car, but there's much that I still don't understand. I'm comforted by the fact that Dave will be there to answer questions and spend as much time with me as I need to figure everything out in the coming months. Since buying our car, I have spoken to two friends who also just bought new Subarus from Garavel. Both had similar experiences to ours. The dealership can certainly be proud of its staff and service. Fabulous dealership It was a great expiernce shopping at your dealership. The moment I walked onto the car lot I was greeted by one of the fabulous employees. I was “handed off” to Sam who was a very courteous and knowledgeable person. He listened to every word I said and immediately showed me several vehicles Both in the computer and then out in the lot. The test drive in the very first auto sold the car in just minutes. Sam has a great personality as well as vast knowledge about the automobiles he is selling. Friendly and car leasing made easy I hate going out when my lease is up to get into a new one. But for some reason dealing with Jonathan and the team at Garavel Subaru it was a 'not so I hate going out when my lease is up to get into a new one. But for some reason dealing with Jonathan and the team at Garavel Subaru it was a 'not so annoying' task that needed to be complete.
