Great service! I was interested in a wrx. I went to a few Subaru dealers and I wasn’t finding the car I wanted or the price was too high. Then I got a call from Elen I was interested in a wrx. She was very professional so I decided to stop by. It was a rainy Saturday so my hopes were not up and I didn’t think something would work out. Elena put me in touch with a Charles Goldstein. Charles was a pleasure to work with. He spent a few hours with me and we were able to get me into a new sti. Great customer service goes a long way with me. Evelyn was very professional and courteous. I was looking at the vehicles on the lot. I heard this friendly and kind voice, asking me if I needed help. I responded yes. A female sales person introduced her self as Evelyn. We went inside and made a deal for the 2018 Impreza. Evelyn was very professional and courteous with us. I went a couple of hours later to pick up the vehicle. Evelyn took me around and introduced me to the service department and other areas of the dealership building.
