Garavel does this and I implore you to see for yourself. We looked at a half dozen auto manufacturers solutions for our need to transport and the height of the car was critical so keep in mind we could have easily opted for a new BMW, Mercedes, or Mini for price was not our main driver. In fact we looked at all those solutions and in the process realized that the "luxury Euro market" has such a misunderstanding of their customer needs they don't even listen to the customer. I won't belabor the point but can say without a doubt we made the right choice by going to Garavel. Nicole at Garavel and the whole dealership sold us on the importance of kindness, courtesy and good listening skills. Jose in finance was equally as personable, effecient, and handled our corporate purchase needs without flaw. Attributes none of the other dealerships exhibited! May they continue to prosper and keep up the soft skills of listening and meeting the customer where they are at. More
