Personable, knowledgeable and engaging, Dave and the Garavel team worked with me to ensure a fair and equitable deal was made, and that my satisfaction extended beyond my signature on the bottom line. Upon discovering an issue with a bit of lower body cladding prior to driving off the lot, I brought this to the attention of the attending sales representative. Instead of getting a "take it or leave it" response, I was assured it would be resolved immediately, and an appointment was made on the spot for repair the following week. Not only was the matter quickly addressed, but a loaner car was also arranged for the repair period.
