Loved my 2010 Outback so I bought a 2017 Outback! Dave Novik was the best salesperson I could have hoped for! He was intelligent, thoughtful and sensitive to the entire sales process. Our final appointment, when I actually picked up the car, took several hours during which time Dave went over again everything about the Outback I was buying. I will also say that my 2010 Outback, also bought at Garavel, was serviced only ever at Garavel and I've been satisfied with every aspect of the service department as well. More

I kept his card because he was so pleasant to deal with and I knew I'd be ready to buy eventually. When I returned, the process was very straightforward and Gary just as easy going and helpful and "non-salesy" as I remembered. Very efficient process, all bases covered, including a change of address sticker for my license! Tom also was a pleasure to deal with and did not try to sell me something I wasn't interested in or couldn't afford. All around, a great way to spend a morning! More
