I scheduled an appointment for a recall which would replace an item on my vehicle. It was placed a week and two business days prior to my service. After assessing my vehicle I was told a part was neede replace an item on my vehicle. It was placed a week and two business days prior to my service. After assessing my vehicle I was told a part was needed for the recall and it would need to be ordered which would take approximately three days. My appointment was scheduled saying that recall was the service I needed and the part should have been ordered so I did not now have to make a return trip. More

Really want to put good reviews but yesterday’s service experience was definitely not like the last time I came. I showed up at the 2:00pm appointment time. I patiently waited in my car for 25 minutes befo experience was definitely not like the last time I came. I showed up at the 2:00pm appointment time. I patiently waited in my car for 25 minutes before someone came to ask me what I was there for (There was no other car waiting just me). Then he said “ok I’ll let them know you’re here. 3 minutes later my service guy comes out & doesn’t even apologize for the wait but goes straight into saying they are backed up & my service will take 3 hours. Took about 2 & a half hours. I get back to service desk & he didn’t tell me anything really. Communication was very poor. All he said was “you paying with card?” Handed me my prints to figure out for myself what exactly they did while he went & got my car. That was it. No have a nice day or anything. This service place is hit or miss. Sometimes the experience is good & most times it’s like this. Poor customer service. More
