My 8 year old Kia Soul was having engine problems, took it in to Kia Garden Grove for service. Luis the manager mentioned I may have a warranty left since I was the original owner. The tech ran diagnostic it in to Kia Garden Grove for service. Luis the manager mentioned I may have a warranty left since I was the original owner. The tech ran diagnostics and Kia approved the warranty. I was offered a loaner while my engine was replaced. Every potential cost was explained in case the warranty was not honored. Luis was knowledgeable, courteous and everything went extremely smooth. More

The service on my car was very good and very professional. The only suggestion I would make is to have the service advisors not to try to upsell services not required in the KIA maintenance manu professional. Some of these services, specifically cabin and engine filter along with front end alignment we being offered BEFORE the inspection of the car. The vehicle 'inspection' video was 8 seconds long and consisted of them checking the tread of the tires and nothing more. My Mazdas oil change is 30% cheaper and they do a full vehicle inspection. This l consisted of them checking the tread of the tires and nothing more. My Mazdas oil change is 30% cheaper and they do a full vehicle inspection. This left a bad taste in my mouth for a $150 oil change. More
