Sales guy named Gustavo Garcia lied about another family wanting to buy the same car as me at the same time in order to hard close the deal. I went in for my first service on my new vehicle. The waiting area was nice, clean, comfortable. I was quoted about 1.5 hours for length of time the service; and the timing was accurate. I was told by Efraín that I would get a phone call when the ordered part arrived at the dealership. I never got a phone call, I called a day after the scheduled arrival date. I work in the area and I could have dropped off the car on Wednesday after work. Had I been given this option I'm sure I would've received the car back from you the same time I dropped it off.
