I thought for sure I was going to buy a Honda Accord. I had no idea which car I wanted, just that I preferred an HEV. Gustavo suggested I test drive the Niro, which turned out to be the perfect car for me (my previous car was a 2003 VW GTI). When another associate, Richey, delivered my car he stayed with me to show me some of the features. When I found a scratch on the hatchback door, I brought it in and Gus was able to get it fixed at no charge. He also helped with additional features of the car. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. The way I was treated by all members at Garden Grove Kia confirmed I made the right choice of car and dealership. You will see a lot of car reviews for a lot of places where they complain about extra costs and add ons, I realize that this is most of the time a standard part of the car buying and the negotiating process. People need to do their homework before buying a car. I say four stars for Garden Grove overall because I am a tough critic and don't give out 5 stars lightly, and there was still some negotiating that had to take place, it wasn't just a simple walk in (which it never is). Andrea did a great job making that process easier, and once I was able to put away my "negotiating game face, I had a great time talking with her while we waited for their financing department. I embarrassingly do not remember the gentleman who helped in Finances name, but he was also very nice, explained the financing and warranties very well with little or no pressure, and had a good sense of humor too. Thank you to Andrea and Garden Grove, I am loving my new car! More
