My service manager informed me it would be a 2 hr wait at 2 1/2 hours I went to him to check. He had my paperwork ready but they would have received a 5 star if They came to me first. After looking for a while, found the Plug-in Sorrento we were looking for, available at the Garden Grove dealer. Filled-out a quick inquiry form and within minutes, Ms. Paige James called offering help. Sh were looking for, available at the Garden Grove dealer. Filled-out a quick inquiry form and within minutes, Ms. Paige James called offering help. She throughly answered my questions and within minutes we got a great deal. Nowadays in this market, it is really hard to find fare dealing - not at this place. We were able to complete most of the paperwork on-line and a little later, we were picking-up our vehicle. The Finance Manager was kind, honest and not pushing for any unnecessary add-ons. Based on the interaction with Ms. James - who went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and efficient, we will be going back to this dealer for our next vehicle and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service.
