Easily one of the smoothest and quickest car buying experiences of my life! Did the majority of the work online. Andrea's communication was amazing, and there were zero surprises when we got there. The warranty we purchased would've increased our payment to the point where we were uncomfortable with it, but he worked with us and got us a very fair price! I've never felt less pressure from someone in F&I. You guys are killing it, and in a few months we'll be back for another one! More

Paid for Sythetic oil got bulk.Tire pressure light on after completion. I was Told by Kurtis just drive 5 miles and light will disappear.I refused to leave till he corrected the tire pressure.Told Top of after completion. I hope to never have to go to Kia for any more Recalls especially this Garden Grove Kia Dealership.Will try to sell this Kia Soul so I don't have to go there to fix any more Recalls.Kia has too many Recalls and it is not worth my time,energy and stress too.
