So let's start with the online ads that state that it has more features than it does (like remote start). Then I called, asked because Kia/Hyundai are the same company if it was CPO and was told it was an more features than it does (like remote start). Then I called, asked because Kia/Hyundai are the same company if it was CPO and was told it was and came with the 10yr/100,000 mile power train warranty. I called the morning of potential purchase and was brushed off to email despite saying that I was intent on buying that vehicle today. After hours of no response to questions about high shipping cost, I called again and made it clear that I was about to fly in from out of state and wanted to know more about the car as the shipping cost was too high so I was just going to come get it. They guy told me that that would be fine and that I would get a call back in 5-10 minutes I can't stress this part enough. I drove to the airport, bought a $262 plane ticket, went through TSA, flew a plane 2.5 hours, paid 70 dollars for an Uber, got to the dealership and found out the advertisement lied about features, they lied about it being a CPO car, and they were super shady in business practices. Kadin Espinosa was insistent that I filled out a credit application even though I had a loan to "verify my identity." He made it clear later that they would try and pull other loans using it and this was a requirement. Not only is it not a requirement, it's illegal to use false tactics to pull someone's credit report. They thought they could con me after flying in. 800 dollars wasted. More
