Khristina was extremely friendly, kind and informative. I felt super comfortable with her, like she was providing honest (non car sales-y) info. There were only slight hiccups/discrepancies in pricing discussion and sometimes I felt like there was some frustration when I was asking questions/negotiating, which wasn't great. But other than that, my experience with Khristina was amazing. I know Andrea did a LOT of back end work for our deal as well and I'm grateful for that! More

Really happy with CPO Kia Niro LX. I don't give this dealer a 5-stars because there has a bad experience with the paperworks in the end. If I didn't catch it then would cost me a lot more. Need to pay attention to all the details when doing paperwork and pricing. Bring a long a financial calculator or app on your phone to verify everything. More
