The fenders were bowed out like the Tundra, the front grills and wheels were chromed out like a Ford. They shrunk the back window, put in a column shift like a Chevy. I was done with Nissan. Then I got a call from Nick and said they had a new package truck called "Midnight" that I would like. I decided to return one last time and look at the truck. It was amazing! I turned in my old Pro 4x and purchased the new Titan. You saved a life long Nissan customer. More

Disappointed Services requested were not performed after waiting for an 1 &1/2. No updates on progress. I Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a ne Services requested were not performed after waiting for an 1 &1/2. No updates on progress. I Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a new key made for the vehicle. After waited for so long I went to check on the progress and was told the "key guy" was not there. I scheduled the appointment based on the "key guys" availability and missed a half a days work for him to not show up. After leaving the dealership I discovered the tires had not been rotated and the brakes were not inspected. This vehicle is driven primarily by my 16 year old daughter and Gates has lost all my trust in the services they provide. I will not be back. There needs to be communication and explanation to your customers! More
