Our vehicle lost battery power unexpedly last Friday night. I called Gates the next morning and was fitted in for replacement at 2 on Saturday. They close at 4. my negative experience truck i bought from them has been in the shop more than ive driven it. when i picked it up gas tank wasnt full,windshield washer fluid was empty,chang truck i bought from them has been in the shop more than ive driven it. when i picked it up gas tank wasnt full,windshield washer fluid was empty,change oil light came on within 3 days,after day 6 or 7 the check engine light came on and took them a week to fix,then had it only for a week or so more and check engine light came on again and the 2 loner vehicles they gave me barely had 1/4 tank of gas each time. plus im being billed for something they told me was free,,so i will never ever buy another vehicle from gates again. More
