Service Technician David Peppers, with his keen attention to detail and personal knowledge of my car from past visits over a 13-year period, resolved the current issues, and additionally fixed, with my permission, a couple other needy areas. He knows my car as if it were his own, and treats it as such every time I bring it in. His experienced suggestions and strong recommendations have always proven to be true -- his knowledge has saved countless possible headaches down the road and needless and preventable financial burdens -- his attitude of "prevention over "too late now": advice has always been golden and heeded. The service is always great but this time the wait was a bit longer than normal. Replaced a skid plate bolt however was notified about an hour in and never noticed that I was billed for it.
