Too much turnover. I have multiple vehicles and I use the oil change services. Visits in 2019 I have experienced new personnel at both the reception desk and in the oil I have multiple vehicles and I use the oil change services. Visits in 2019 I have experienced new personnel at both the reception desk and in the oil changing bays have changed. Not just once but multiple times? These changes are even more problematic when my wife is the one bringing our vehicle in. She has less mechanical knowledge and can not look for or ask why service is done or not done.. As a result I will no longer ask my wife to take our vehicles in. Gates Service has really decline! More
