Satisfied overall with service. I dropped in to the Service Center because my tire light came on, and I wanted any issues resolved before I left on a road trip to Frankfort, KY. The service rep was courteous and kept me informed of what they believed the problem was. Unfortunately as they worked, they discovered the sensors had to be replaced, not simply repaired. I was thanked for my patience. My only disappointment was that twice in the last 6-7 weeks that tire light had come on and I visited the Service Center. It took until the 3rd trip to go deep enough to discover the underlying reason the tires were losing pressure. I have had no further problem since my visit. More
