Had serious problem when I left Gateway with my brand new truck it stopped running and went into safe mode, had to limp back to Gateway at 2 mph. I was planning to drive 5 hrs to pick up a 2021 Nissan Rogue but gave Gateway Nissan a chance by filling out a form online. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Austin Hughes, who showed us the Rogue we were interested in. After test driving it, we sat down and discussed our options. Austin showed us the cool features in the Rogue and walked us through the service department of Nissan. Austin was very friendly and made us feel comfortable while waiting for the paperwork to go through. For a nerve-wracking experience, he made it very pleasant.
