Very frustrating. It's like they didn't hear what we said. Drop car night before. Supposed done by noon. Was on phone for over 20 minutes couldn't find service. Nothing done to car. Great price! Great service! Great employees! I purchased my Silverado last March from Justin and Jason took care of financing. It was a great experience! I was expecting a similar experience that I purchased my Silverado last March from Justin and Jason took care of financing. It was a great experience! I was expecting a similar experience that I had when I purchased the last vehicle at a different dealership that literally took 5 hours. I was in and out of Gateway in no time. I was impressed! While on a trip to SD I had trouble with my truck 300 miles into the trip. Justin saved my trip by arranging another truck to drive at the Chevy dealer in that town. We continued on our trip while the issue was being fixed. They couldn't get the part in time but were assured we could drive it home. When we got back I talked to Jeff about the problem and it was resolved painlessly. I would recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a dealer that gives you a fair price and stands behind what they sell. More
