New car Had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to meet for financing so everything became rushed. Finance person refused to use my mailing addr Had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to meet for financing so everything became rushed. Finance person refused to use my mailing address on the forms so I won't get my title or billing statements as I can not receive mail at my home address. He did say that I could contact Nissan to have the address changed and after I shed he set a reminder to check on it. Extremely limited service hours. Was not told about free car wash until I was walking out the door and this was from a person I wasn't even working with. Nissan app for starting my car with my phone not working. Staff offered to set it up if I come back another day. Text message I had received implied all weather floor mats and they were not. While not a deal breaker it would be best not to say what isn't fact in a text. All of this aside I do live my new Rogue. More

I can't believe I bought a Nissan My plan was to buy another Buick when I arrived at Gateway. My son had searched on the Internet that Gateway had some used Buicks for sale. I was determined that it was going to be a Buick. Alan Drewes did a great job showing me the qualities of a Nissan Murano and urged me to take a test drive. I did like the feel and ride of the Murano but I was determined to buy a Buick. I told Alan that since Gateway was our first stop we were going to look other places and I might be back. Well...I didn't find a Buick that matched the Murano and we headed back to Gateway. I called Alan and said we were back. I know he was surprised to see us again. We took another test drive and I decided to buy the Nissan Murano. Alan did a great job making sure we were taken care of and that the deal would go through. Thanks Alan for convincing this "old lady" that I would like the Murano. You did a great job! More

The first salesperson I met at Nissan is Tim Brandt. About as tall as the Block Six building in Downtown Fargo. Polite, professional and Fargo friendly. He worked very hard to make the right deal and accomplished that with what felt like meeting a new friend. Tim is very knowledgeable salesperson and his many years experience as a service manager which gave me the confidence to purchase a 2019 Titan Pro 4X. I will be purchasing my wife's vehicle in the near future and without a doubt, Tim will get the nod. My only criticism is that he does not understand what college or pro football teams he should be aligned with. I'll still tip my hat to you Timothy!! More
Great Buying Experience My wife and I went in because of an email we got that claimed they were "willing to make us an offer that wouldn't normally be considered" and they ha My wife and I went in because of an email we got that claimed they were "willing to make us an offer that wouldn't normally be considered" and they had pretty much the exact make, model and color we were looking for at a decent price. Alan was great to work with and the test drive went very smooth. We were a little taken back with Ryan the manager told us they weren't willing to work with us on price, despite the email to "get us in the door". After some discussions and voicing our concerns, Ryan and Alan did end up working with us to come to a deal and price that we were happy with. Only giving this a 4-star review because of that hiccup in the process, everything else went very smoothly. Jeff in Finance was a joy to work with and even stayed late after the dealership closed to make sure we had everything good to go before we left with the vehicle. Another point that should be known is this dealership treated my wife and I as equal partners in this, whereas other dealerships (cough cough Corwin) really seemed to only be interested in my opinion and not my wife's. Overall great experience. More
