I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Gateway Subaru in Delmar. Purchasing a car is already a stressful situation as it is, but when you have someone who knows a lot about each product and can an Subaru in Delmar. I was lucky enough to work with Joe Kostecki when looking at the Subaru Outback and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made the process beyond easy and relaxing for me and I would 100% recommend going to him if you are looking at any Subaru. In addition, he was always at the other end of the phone if you needed him and was able to answer any questions! In addition to Joe, I had the pleasure of working with Zach who is in the finance department. He was very friendly and was able to explain things in terms that were easy to understand. Joe and Zach were both great and I hightly recommend them to anyone who is looking at a Subaru! Thanks guys More

We have previously leased three Subarus from Gateway. In August, 2018 we moved from Maryland to Virginia. By necessity we dealt with another dealer to service our leased Forester. While the service visits August, 2018 we moved from Maryland to Virginia. By necessity we dealt with another dealer to service our leased Forester. While the service visits were OK, they were not as pleasant as they were at Gateway. With our lease expiring, we contacted this same dealer about leasing versus buying options. We were not impressed with their less-than eager responses. We ultimately decided in June, 2020 to buy a new Forester approached the dealer, and again were not impressed by their response. So, even though Gateway was located in Maryland, not Virginia and was an unpleasant three hour drive away, we contacted them by phone and concluded an agreement to buy the Forester from them. Obviously we have found the folks at Gateway to be flexible, responsive, and easy to communicate with. My opinion of auto dealers is not generally high. Gateway is an exceptional dealership. Kudos to Mssrs Scullen, Kostecki, and Nagler. It was worth the drive. More

My salesman Joe from West Virgini would like to recommend this dealership. It was just about the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Joe from West Virginia was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. If you want to really become familiar with the vehicle you are purchasing be sure to ask for Joe "from West Virginia". Zach the finance manager was also very knowledgeable about his products and pleasant to deal with. The dealership was very clean and inviting, everyone was very friendly such as another young fellow there we met, Brian. I'm happy. My wife has owned 3 Subarus (now driving an Outback), all purchased from Gateway. I was driving a Kia Cadenza for the last 6+ years and was interested My wife has owned 3 Subarus (now driving an Outback), all purchased from Gateway. I was driving a Kia Cadenza for the last 6+ years and was interested in a smaller car with easier access for my wife. Preferably an SUV or CUV. I checked out several makes, including Honda, Toyota, and Kia, The Crosstrek Limited with most all the bells and whistles was clearly the best car for me, and Joe & Zach were great to deal with. Have had the Crosstrek for about a week and am not disappointed in any way. We've now bought 4 cars from this dealership, and will definitely be giving them the first shot at selling us our next car! More
