Service Dept sucks. Don’t bother making an appointment - they won’t honor them. I made an appointment for an AC inspection that many independent shops offer for free. I made the appointment one week in advance and received a confirmation email that I was all set. The morning of the appointment they called me and said that I would need to leave the vehicle and it may take 1 to 4 days for them to get to it. When i mentioned that I had a confirmed appointment the service xxxxxxx said that it isn’t really an appointment but rather just a time to bring in your vehicle and leave it fot the 4 day period. What a crappy way to treat customers. More

Yet again I need to thank the Service Team at Gaudin Ford, (especially “Christian” this time round) for continuing to offer nothing but exceptional Customer Service to their customers. Initially I ha Ford, (especially “Christian” this time round) for continuing to offer nothing but exceptional Customer Service to their customers. Initially I had stopped in to simply ask a question about a part on my car, within a few minutes of getting that info from “Christian” (my awesome Service Advisor), he was quick to point out a couple items that was recommended might need attention. Needless to say it was a good thing that I stopped by, what happened next was definitely not planned, I unexpectedly ended up leaving the car with the team so they can address a few items that were in need of repair / replacement. They also helped me with transportation arrangements. It definitely was not the goal of the dealership to “intentionally get me to drop my car off and charge me for things I didn’t need”, everything needed was 100% valid and for that I want to say again “many thanks” to Christian (Austin, Lisa and the rest of the Service Team & Mechanics) for their expertise, “empathy” and “attention to detail” with regards to taking care of their customers and for making sure of my vehicle’s continued health continues to be just that – healthy… All the best, stay well and stay safe out there… MB More

False Advertising and Ripped Off! I went to look at a specific vehicle at Gaudin Ford that was advertised on their website and on Carfax. When I arrived they said they didn't have that I went to look at a specific vehicle at Gaudin Ford that was advertised on their website and on Carfax. When I arrived they said they didn't have that vehicle. I test drove 3 other vehicles and decided on a 2018 Ford Fusion. They told me that the car was $17,000.00 and they would not budge on the price. They did agree that they would pay for the registration for the car which they said was about $650. I asked for this in writing but was told by my sales person that I didn't need to because if Mick said he would pay the registration he would. After purchasing the car I went home and looked up the exact same car I purchased and saw that on their website it was for sale for $15,000.00 and not $17,000.00. It was also advertised on Carfax (Both Advertisements have the same VIN number) for $15,000.00. I contacted them and they offered me 3 free oil changes for the $2,000.00 they took me for. In addition to getting overcharged, they sent me a check for the agreed up registration fee's and only gave me $300.00 even and called it registration assistance deal - which was supposed to be $650.00. As a senior citizen and especially during a pandemic I feel victimized by the auto dealership and their employee's. More
