First I have never been pressured to get anything I wanted from the time I walked on the lot until I reached the finance department. Every product meaning Fords have exceeded my expectations. I have always had a great experience with the service department for maintaining my F-350s and I only take them to gaudin unless I’m out of town . My salesman brad didn’t try to play games with me I told him what I wanted and I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Gaudin Ford for your next vehicle and I am a customer for life . She is very understanding and answered ALL questions I had. She was so easy to talk to and very understanding for what I was looking for. First dealer I've ever spoken with that wasn't overly pushy! When I decided on a car, SHE pointed out that it had a small dent on the hood that I had not even noticed and she assured me that it would be taken care of! Also she ensured any and all small marks that were on the car previously were also buffed out and fixed. Truly was such an enjoyable experience and because of her, I will continue to go back and recommend anybody looking to purchase a vehicle to her. Thanks so much again, Dalia! I love my car! More
5 Star Sales I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. After visiting several dealers a friend recommended Moses Martinez at Gaudin Ford. I have purchas I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. After visiting several dealers a friend recommended Moses Martinez at Gaudin Ford. I have purchased from them in 1992 but not since. I met with Moses and told him what I looking for. Gaudin had at least 100 Ford Explorers and Moses showed me a good number of them until we found the SUV that fit, then we talked price. I expected a battle, as with many car sales people. I told him what I wanted for my trade and I told him what I wanted for monthly payments. The deal was made within 20 minutes. The deal and transaction took less time then it took to find the right SUV. I highly recommend Moses Martinez. He will treat you right, you have my word on it and you can tell him I said that. Disappointing Customer Service This review is regarding my total new car buying experience. I wanted a new Mustang and I got a new Mustang - that's why I gave it 2 stars instead This review is regarding my total new car buying experience. I wanted a new Mustang and I got a new Mustang - that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. 1. I traded in a Cadillac CTS with 73,000 miles on it. They first offered me $10,000 which of course is very low considering the good condition I kept the car in. 2. They sold me the 2017 Mustang V6 for just over $30,000. That is not a deal. It is exactly the price of the sticker. 3. A family friend works at a different Ford dealership. Upon reviewing Gaudin Ford's offer - he pointed out that they were selling me a car that had been on the lot for OVER A YEAR. It still only had 17 miles on it, however full transparency would have been appreciated - the Vegas summers BEAT UP on our cars. 4. In the end they gave me about $14,000 for the trade in - only because I challenged them on the fact that I didn't feel it was a fair price + they were selling me a car at sticker price that had been outside for over a year. 5. The last 2 car purchases I made in Vegas the dealership graciously offered to help handle my car registration at the dealership so I wouldn't have to go to the DMV. When I asked for their assistance with this - they responded "Because we gave you such a good deal, this is not something we are willing to do". First of all, they never lowered the price of my car purchase. All they did was give me a fair trade in value - which is the ethical and honest thing to do anyways! Secondly, even if they really did give me a good deal - why should their level of customer service change? Shouldn't all customers get the white glove treatment? I just dropped $30,000 on a new car. Would that not be sufficient for what I'm confident is a VERY simple service to offer a new customer? So yeah - 2 stars because I got the car I wanted. And the salesman was ok - he was a new guy though and so his boss is the one that made these poor decisions leading to yet another negative review for Gaudin Ford. Disappointed. And I would NOT recommend using them since they clearly do not treat all their customers the same. I have a suspicion that had I used Friendly Ford - although a short drive further - I think my treatment would have been better. More
