Gaudin Ford

I have been dealing with Gaudin Ford for over 16 years, especially with Fred Carrillo. My last purchase with Fred was my fourth, to buy out my lease on my 2020 Ford Edge. Fred, and Jim Knight, both made it especially with Fred Carrillo. My last purchase with Fred was my fourth, to buy out my lease on my 2020 Ford Edge. Fred, and Jim Knight, both made it a very easy transition, and we are very satisfied with our experience. I only hope that Fred will still be working when the time comes for my trade in, and a purchase of another fine Ford product. Great dealer and salesperson EXCEPT did not honor Price Protection. My 2021 Mach-E flipped to a 2022 on 10/1. Ford kicked in $750 to make up for the price difference at that time. Price Protection appl Protection. My 2021 Mach-E flipped to a 2022 on 10/1. Ford kicked in $750 to make up for the price difference at that time. Price Protection applied to cars ordered prior to 12/8. Well Gaudin said the 2022 was invoiced on 1/3/22, not in October when Ford flipped me to a 2022. This makes no sense since 1/3/22 was the *build* week. Vehicle should have been invoiced in October when the flip took place. So, I am out the $1000 price increase that took place after 12/7 unless Gaudin straightens this out. Tried to see the General Manager but he/she is never there. More
