Rhoel did not rush me and when the service work completed explained everything that was done. My vehicle was washed and ready to go and rides beautifully. Also, would like to commend your service technician, unfortunately, I can't remember his name for the work he performed on my vehicle. Having the rear tires replaced the wheel rims were not scratched. Additionally, the Germain dealership did not charge an additional percentage for using a credit card. I plan to continue to do business with Germain BMW of Naples. More

I recently brought my 2020 BMW X3 in for a recall issue, and the experience with the service department at Germain BMW was outstanding. Chuck Griffith got us scheduled quickly, and the recall was handled ef and the experience with the service department at Germain BMW was outstanding. While we continue to be extremely frustrated and disappointed with the extensive reliability problems of our 2024 BMW X5 hybrid which has less than 15,000 miles on it I must sing high praises for ou disappointed with the extensive reliability problems of our 2024 BMW X5 hybrid which has less than 15,000 miles on it I must sing high praises for our service advisor. Charles Griffith at Germain BMW, as he always listens is very attentive and gets items with the car addressed in a timely fashion. While the overall. product and it’s reliability and continued problems, continues to be very frustrating and unacceptable at this price point and with the BMW name Charles Griffith continues to always exceed expectations and perform at an extremely high level, disappointing that the product itself cannot exceed expectations and perform at a level higher than expectation consistently as Mr. Griffith does More
