Great out of state buying experience This was my first out of state car purchase which was a little scary. From the get go Shawn was very friendly and up front with the condition on the vehicle. They had a vast amount of detailed pictures online which helped greatly in my decision making process. When I landed at the airport Shawn was there to pick me up promptly. The car was just as he had described and after a quick test drive I was off and on my way back to Oklahoma. I would highly recommend Germain Lexus and greatly appreciate the honest and easy buying experience Shawn provided. More

Top-notch salesman; helpful even after the sale. Jay has the top qualities of a salesman, for sure. Beyond that, where he proved himself with me is after the sale. Some screwball issues arose (nothing to do with Jay or the quality of the car) after the sale. Jay could have taken a hands-off attitude and not bothered with it. But instead he rolled his sleeves up, jumped right in, and helped get everything squared away. Very patient man. Even worked during his vacation (apparently a patient wife, too). He has called several times to see if i had any questions about the car or programming the Navigation System and all that comes with it. As a result of his great attitude and work-ethic, i recommended Jay to my father who is looking for a new car. More
