We live in Illinois but I get the every 5000 mile service here--since we bought the GX470 in 2005. Why--well we bought the SUV here but that's not the main reason for having the periodic service done here. F here--since we bought the GX470 in 2005. First of all, my service rep (Alena Bankes) is great--caring, friendly, professional--i.e "flawless" We always schedule our appointments when she is going to be there.Second the service is all performed to our satisfaction and always when promised --if not sooner. We have Lexus dealers near us in Illinois and Florida but would only use them for an emergency--which we have not had. Can't recommend this dealership more highly. They are in one word, GREAT More

After having My SC400 serviced at Germain Lexus of Easton for several years, I just found that the cause of my very poor brake performance was the horrible condition of my rear brake rotors. Although I had for several years, I just found that the cause of my very poor brake performance was the horrible condition of my rear brake rotors. Although I had made many complaints about the car being unsafe and while I thought the brakes were being “inspected” at regular service intervals, it was not until the man detailing my car noticed the horrible condition of my rear brake rotors from the face of the rear wheels that I was able to order the necessary replacement of both rear rotors and pads. Germain Lexus of Easton put me on the road again and again with no rear brakes. I am appalled with their service performance and their attitude towards a good customer. I will not return there and have purchased a New 330 BMW Coupe from Kelly BMW. More
