The GM Corey Chaffin did the right thing by me and took care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. I do wish it hadn’t taken going all the way to the GM to solve this dispute but when I got to him he was very professional and took the time to hear me. Their service manager Bradley Moss needs a lesson in customer service he would get 0 stars from me, he’s an example of someone who doesn’t hear his customers or offer resolutions. Also the New Car Sales Manager Deezy Jackson tried to help me but what I needed was above what he could approve. So shoutout to him for hearing me 5 stars for him too. More
