Terrible customer service especially with GM warranty work. SNEAKY about products pushed out the door. Your service department is TERRIBLE. Items listed to service writers are never all completed, probably because upon talking to the service writers it seems as if the don’t car nor have the time to hear about the issues with the vehicle. All we want as a customer is for our vehicles to work properly. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. Also it is wildly inconvenient to drop off a vehicle all day and arrange rides to and from just to get something simple fixed. This dealership would never last East of Rt. 47. Hold yourself to a better and higher standard. It shows. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Scott! More
