I have a foreign car so the oil change often is a little bit more because it requires special oil. The cost of the service was very comparable to my standard Jiffy lube and also other dealerships I’ve taken bit more because it requires special oil. The cost of the service was very comparable to my standard Jiffy lube and also other dealerships I’ve taken my car to. It’s Comforting to know that a certified mechanic is who handled my car and did a certified oil change. Versus the guy at Jiffy Lube that literally knows nothing about cars. So, if there was going to be an additional issue found these certified mechanics would be able to pinpoint it, versus your local oil change place would not. Thank you for your great service, we will definitely come again. More

had a bad experience on the phone with salesman on a 2017 buick regal awd in their inventory i was inquiring about, the salesman said buick does not make an awd vehicle. but i said you have one advertised, buick regal awd in their inventory i was inquiring about, the salesman said buick does not make an awd vehicle. but i said you have one advertised, he found it. i made a trip to the dealership on 12/26/2020 to view the vehicle, i dealt with chris and dan paz i test drove the vehicle and purchased it, this was a very easy dealership to deal with, changed my first experience phone to a very postive one in person. First visit here for service on my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500. Was told would be updated especially prior to any work being performed. Wasn’t, I had to call 7 hours later to see what was going on. Was put on hold Was told would be updated especially prior to any work being performed. Wasn’t, I had to call 7 hours later to see what was going on. Was put on hold for 15 minutes. Call timed out was rerouted. Finally the service rep gets on the phone tells me they performed warranty work without my permission. Told me the problem they were supposed to work on couldn’t recreate. One thing led to another she called and said they did recreate issue and wet changing trans fluid as we spoke and wanted to keep over night so they could drive first thing in the morning to verify issue resolved. Well 10am next day no call. I just went to dealer. Hadn’t tested truck. No explanation why just told me to go sit in waiting area. Which was crowded so no social distancing whatsoever. Finally an hour later I received my truck. Honestly, I’m not sure they did anything at all to my truck. Neither is the attorney general. To say the least will never return. I don’t see how they stay in business. More

I had a car in mind when I went there. Christopher allowed me to test drive it. We came back a couple of hours later and signed the paperwork. Chris was fantastic to work with.
