Communication problems: on day 1, serviceman calls at 12:30pm stating that the vehicle is done, but wait on a call from the advisor. Same day 1, text sent by me to the advisor stating that I will wait fo 12:30pm stating that the vehicle is done, but wait on a call from the advisor. Same day 1, text sent by me to the advisor stating that I will wait for notice from him before coming to pick up my vehicle. Automated text reply stating… “We would be happy to provide you with a status on your vehicle. Your Service Advisor will be reaching out shortly.” No reply from the advisor on day 1 that I can pick up my vehicle. Day 2: 12:30pm, still no reply from my advisor, so I call the dealership 24 hours after the serviceman told me the work is done. The advisor says, “Yes, it is ready for pickup.” No idea for the 24 hour delay. A challenging communication issue to deal with. More
