Unsatisfied customer I bought a used car a little over a year ago with an extended warranty from bumper to bumper. I recently had to bring it in for service and had a bad I bought a used car a little over a year ago with an extended warranty from bumper to bumper. I recently had to bring it in for service and had a bad abs wheel sensor, and was told that it wasn't covered due to rust. I was very unhappy, so I took it to a small certified shop and they were able to get the warranty department to fix it at no charge. In my opinion I think they are taking advantage of people by selling you coverage and not even trying to get them to pay for it, like in my case. The sad part is that last year I also bought a brand new car from them, for sure that was the last time I deal with this dealer for anything. They have just lost a good customer. More

Best Car Buying Experience I was shopping for a new car as my old Toyota Corolla 2001 was coming up on its last wheel so to speak. The car was fine, engine was phenomenal, but t I was shopping for a new car as my old Toyota Corolla 2001 was coming up on its last wheel so to speak. The car was fine, engine was phenomenal, but the body was starting to die. So i was shopping around and I hit a few Ford dealers, Bob Rohrmans Ford, was probably the worst Ford dealer experience of my life. They were horrible dealers and they honestly kept trying to cheat me at every turn. I had all but given up Then i checked out Golf Mill Ford. I went there, enjoyed the show room and saw frankly an amazing amount of cars there. I worked with Genaro Seward and was blown away by his attitude and knowledge about the car. He was frankly part of the reason I bought the car same day I went. He was polite and good natured. I honestly could not have met another Sales Person who could have handled it better. With his help as well as giving me the best deal possible I drove home with a new Ford Focus 2016 Titanium that day. If I ever purchase another vehicle again i will be going back to Golf Mill Ford and seeking Genaro out once more. More

The saleswoman Bebe was such a sweetheart and wonderful person overall. She was very thorough in explaining the amazing features of the car. Manager Dominik was also fantastic. He came to greet me and talk to me to learn more about my situation and try to help me out as much as he possibly could. His attention to detail, as well as the entire staff's, was exceptional and I look forward to going back someday to purchase another vehicle from here. I would recommend this dealer as whole, even while I was waiting, other salesman were very talkative and polite, even talking about fantasy football.
