Best car purchase experience I've ever had To start off I'd like to say I've never liked dealerships in the past. They've always made me feel uncomfortable and under pressure to buy. When I first called inquiring if the vehicle was still for sale in spoke with Robert. He was polite and answered all my questions, even went out of his way to meet me at the dealerships other lot to show me the Jeep. I was impressed with the neatness and layout of the whole dealership. Upon arrival in was greeted by salesperson who was happy to help me..... once I told him I already spoke with Robert earlier he courteously had Robert come out to see me. Robert was very pleasant to speak with and very informative of the vehicle while I was looking it over. He was there to help but I felt no pressure whatsoever. I informed him I was looking at other vehicles elsewhere, but liked their's the best so far. He followed up with me on Monday as he promised he would (seen vehicle Fri). After a little phone correspondence we were able make a deal and I couldn't be happier..... it was a win/win purchase. Robert was great with my family when we came to purchase (and my kids can be a handful, lol). The whole process was smooth without a hitch....... I would definitely go back again and recommend Golling to others. Really love the fact they are a legit dealership.....and lifetime free oil changes were a kicker to the whole deal.
