Smooth and painless experience with a new leased Cherokee! Danny Katzenstein greeted us and discussed my Mom and Dad's car interests. Rather than just propose a new car lease of a similar car, he offered a te Danny Katzenstein greeted us and discussed my Mom and Dad's car interests. Rather than just propose a new car lease of a similar car, he offered a test drive of a couple different Jeep models. Mom really enjoyed the test drive of a Jeep Cherokee with a fantastic feature set (the highlight is the immense sunroof) and we were quickly able to execute a lease with Danny navigating us expertly through the process. Matthew and Scott quickly met with us and assured our needs were being met. Danny also ensured Mom and Dad were well-versed with how to operate the vehicle, as this is their first Jeep. He took time to explore some of the deeper features such as the new "Drag and Drop" navigation and the setup pages of the navigation system, and before we left, the vehicle was fully customized to Mom and Dad's preferences. The Golling staff were always mindful of our time, Danny injected humor into the process to make it fun for all of us, and we enjoyed the nice treats in the Cafe while waiting for external approval processes to go through. At the same time we were leasing Mom and Dad's new Jeep, I also had Golling perform some maintenance on my 2014 Dodge Charger. Ryan and his team were careful to keep me updated, and they presented options to save me money on future maintenance. The repair turned out to be more complex than we all had expected but again, the staff took the time to do the repair right and ensured I had transportation back and forth to work. Outstanding support considering the hectic holiday period! I highly recommend Golling, Danny (Sales) and Ryan (Service), and all the staff we interacted with! Thank you for the excellent experiences!
