Buying the The jeep Cherokee with Steve was cool other than I had mentioned that the steering was off during the test drive and it was supposed to be looked at before I had left for an alignment. I’ve had the vehicle for 3 going on 4 months now and had it diagnosed literally the day after I signed the contract Kelly has been very dismissive and and shown to take no action I was even told that it was my fault for not coming to have the car repairs when it was her responsibility to reach out to me when they arrived the first time so I’m still waiting two weeks past when I was told they would arrive from being on back order the second time can get through to her phone line at work can’t get a call back from leaving a voice mail and the sales person can never seem to find her at the desk so maybe buy a car from her but be extremely diligent and if you ever do need a service and get Kelly respectfully decline More
