Tim & Brian are exceptional, they helped me with an issue from when I had to have the windshield replaced somewhere else on my cx 30. When I wanted extra accessories & different tires for the cx5 issue from when I had to have the windshield replaced somewhere else on my cx 30. When I wanted extra accessories & different tires for the cx5 that we had just bought Brian was very helpful . I know it sounds crazy getting new tires for a brand new vehicle. I needed tires that would work on ice & snow so I can get up our steep driveway. Both Tim & Brian have been amazing , because of them & the service team is one reason I chose to buy another Mazda . All the maintenance will be done at Mazda for both the cx30 & cx5 . Both Tim & Brian deserve a bonus , they go above and beyond . Kudos to the whole service team , I am very particular about my vehicles & who i have do maintenance on them . I trust the technicians at Mazda & that is a big thing for me .
