Jeff and his team, literally saved me on 09/19/23. My car broke down on the way to O’Hara airport. I had a plane to catch for a Budapest. I had to leave my car at a Mobile station for AAA to tow to your shop. Your team discovered the problem was a broken serpentine belt. You fixed it and I had a working car when I got home from Europe. I’m a single women broke down with 4 horses and Texas plates. They completely took advantage of me. After they charged me $18,600.00 my truck broke down again four and a half hours later. They never fixe plates. They completely took advantage of me. After they charged me $18,600.00 my truck broke down again four and a half hours later. They never fixed my truck the charge of $15,500.00 was made up as they knew they could take total advantage of me. I’ve talked to the manager and he has zero desire to fix the problem. He knows I’m not local and has never attempted to contact me or pursue the problem to resolve it. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered! Disgusting!!! More
