Overall a good dealership, but was disappointed with my latest trip. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. When the change was complete, I was told that both my air filters were dirty and needed t latest trip. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. When the change was complete, I was told that both my air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced. When I told him that I just replaced the cabin filter, he told me that they usually change the filters at the same time. Definitely disappointed that I was being sold something I didn’t actually need. More

I had a scheduled appt for my car I purchased through this dealership. The appt was made 10 days prior to this schedule appt and they texted me daily with appt reminders for me. The morning of, they neve this dealership. The appt was made 10 days prior to this schedule appt and they texted me daily with appt reminders for me. The morning of, they never showed up to pick up my car for routine scheduled maintenance. I have had this same dealership and with this same car use this pick up/drop off service package going on 2 years. I called 2 hours later inquiring what happened after I realized my car wasn't taken care of since I needed to go to work early afternoon. The service tech that answered said they forgot, were short staffed and it was the holidays. We are all short staffed and busy - not acceptable excuses! Where they really fell short was not notifing me. No one ever called me to communicate this issue. After back and forth with this service tech, they did come get my car 20 min later and did have my car returned to my house before I needed to leave for work. The other issue is the service receipt lists that I owe $40 still. How is that possible? I paid up front for all the routine services, at the time of car purchase under the Lincoln Conceige Plan and have the booklet of proof - which a "coupon" was pulled out of by me and turned over with my car fob at time of car pick up. More
