Disorganized. I made an appt to look at a car,drove 45 minutes to the dealership, and car was not even there. I had just called the day before and specifically asked if there would be a technician and if I could bring the car down. They said yes. When I got there they had no record of my phone call and said they had no technician to look at my car. When I got upset they found a technician and looked in my car. I had to get very angry in order to get anything done. I am not very impressed. They are all very nice but follow through is very lacking. More
