I happily got my recall work done on my aging Ford Fusion, but it took forever for the parts to come in. Can't fault the dealership for doing that. They also coordinated with my regular mechanic to Fusion, but it took forever for the parts to come in. Can't fault the dealership for doing that. Michael Chesboro was my first and only real contact at the dealership. He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted, and realistic about when the car would get here. I was grateful that he called me each time he had an update about the arrival. The price we discussed when ordering the car was the same as when it was time to purchase, so no big surprises. The dealership itself was clean and welcoming. Coffee, soda, etc. were available. Michael used to sell phones, so he easily handled getting my info transferred the the car. Later in the day, I had a "senior moment" and froze. I called Michael. He and the top mechanic drove to where I was to check it out. Who does that! I know he will be available to help me with computer aspects of the car when I get to that place in the manual. Thanks, Michael! More
