My new F 350 super duty only had 250 miles on it when I took it in to service. I told Randy that the rear differential has a wine on deceleration. He got it in right away. Said it would need a new gear set. And would have to be ordered. They received it in two days. They got it in right away. The kit had a wrong front pinion bearing and seal. This was my first visit and things went I was told ahead of time that the coupon I had could not be used as I needed a different oil for my car than the type the coupon was good for which I was ok with and of time that the coupon I had could not be used as I needed a different oil for my car than the type the coupon was good for which I was ok with and told them to go ahead the extra cost was only $10.00 But the only complaint I have is now I am driving a brand new car that I just had the oil changed at Gordie Boucher and they could not reset the maintenance warning so now I have to take my car to the dealership in Madison to have it reset. I think they should of told me they would not be able to reset the maintenance warning More
