When your vehicle was brought in, we identified and replaced parts that were worn or faulty, which resolved the initial issues. Following this, you mentioned the noise had changed, and upon further inspection, we found additional concerns unrelated to the original repair. As promised, we did not charge a diagnostic fee for rechecking our work, as the issues were unrelated to the parts we replaced. Please let us know if you would like to make another appointment.
