My car was towed because the electric shifter would not come out of parked mode and car would not moved the service advisor called the next day and assured me that i needed a new battery and i said "are y come out of parked mode and car would not moved the service advisor called the next day and assured me that i needed a new battery and i said "are you sure'? and she said yes that what the problem was i picked up my 2018 Ford Fusion I was charged $350 and the following day dud the same thing took it back to them and now is the shifter module and $600 but the service manager said that it will give me credit for the battery ($350) still had to pay the difference for the technician mistake!! More
